Apply to join Silk Route Logistics as a Caravan Partner. Complete the five steps below to submit your application.

What you'll need

DOT# or MC# (auto-populates the rest from FMCSA)
Insurance: Auto Liability $1M+ / Cargo $100K+ / GL $1M+
W-9 form (PDF/JPEG/PNG, max 10MB each)
Active FMCSA Authority (MC/DOT, 18+ months of operating history)
Voided check (for Quick Pay direct deposit setup)
