How it works

Every load you run is scored on seven measurable factors with published weights: pickup 20%, delivery 20%, tracking 15%, claims 15%, communication 10%, documents 10%, acceptance 10%.
Compass Engine recalculates your composite score after each delivery and check-call.
Your score and the inputs driving it are visible in the carrier portal anytime you log in.
Tier advancement is mathematical. No broker opinion, no black box.

How it works

Every rate confirmation lists line-haul, fuel surcharge, and accessorials as separate line items.
The total printed on the rate confirmation is the total you see on settlement. No mystery deductions.
Post-dispatch accessorials (detention, lumper, stop-off) are added transparently with documentation.
Every adjustment shows the math. Nothing subtracted silently between booking and pay.

How it works

Quick Pay is per-load and optional. Elect it on the invoices that need cash flow, skip it on the ones that don't.
No 12–24 month factoring contract. No termination fees. No letter of release on most invoices.
Published tier fees: Silver 3%, Gold 2%, Platinum 1% on 7-day pay. Same-day adds a universal 2%.
Standard pay is always free: Silver Net-30, Gold Net-21, Platinum Net-14.
